This policy explains what data Nemnidhi Dashboard (WhatsCRM) (the "Service"), operated by Nemnidhi ("we", "us"), collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. It covers both the people who use the Service to run a workspace and the customers who message those workspaces through connected channels.
We act as a controller for the account data of the businesses that sign up — names, email addresses, billing details, and usage records. We act as a processor for the data a workspace receives through its own connected messaging channels, such as the contact details and message content of its customers. That data belongs to the workspace, and we process it only to provide the Service on its instructions.
We use data to deliver and operate the Service: routing and displaying conversations, syncing contacts, running campaigns and automations a workspace configures, generating invoices, authenticating users, enforcing permissions, providing support, investigating abuse, and maintaining security and reliability. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling of our own.
Data we receive through the WhatsApp Business Platform, the Instagram API, or the Facebook Graph API is used only to provide the features the connecting workspace has enabled — receiving and replying to messages, managing templates and campaigns, showing account insights, and related functions shown in the dashboard. We do not sell or license it, transfer it to data brokers, or use it to build advertising profiles or independent datasets. Our handling of this data is also governed by the Meta Platform Terms and applicable developer policies.
Connecting a Google account is optional. Each person connects their own Google account, and Google shows exactly which permissions are being asked for before anything is shared. Depending on what you connect, the Service accesses the following Google user data, and uses it only for the purpose listed:
What we store: the access and refresh tokens Google issues (encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM), the email address and ID of the connected Google account, the permissions granted, the IDs and names of the Analytics property, Search Console site and Google Ads account you choose, and, for meetings the Service itself put in your calendar, the Google event ID and Meet link. Analytics, Search Console and Google Ads figures are fetched when you view them; a Search Console summary is saved with an SEO audit you run so the audit can be shown again later.
How it is shared: Google user data is shown only to members of the workspace it was connected to. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not transferred to data brokers or information resellers, and not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending. It is not used to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models. The one case where it reaches another service: when a workspace member asks for an AI recommendation on an SEO audit, that audit's Search Console summary is sent to the AI provider chosen for it (OpenAI, Google or Anthropic) only to write that recommendation — through the workspace's own account with that provider if it has set one up, otherwise through ours. On our own accounts we use only paid API terms under which the provider does not train its models on what we send; when a workspace uses its own account, its agreement with that provider applies. No human at Nemnidhi reads your Google user data, except with your permission for a specific support request, where needed for security or abuse investigation, or to comply with the law.
Disconnecting and deletion: you can disconnect Google at any time — Tasks → Calendar for Calendar, Settings → Ads for Google Ads, Settings → Marketing for Analytics and Search Console. Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens and asks Google to revoke the access. You can also remove access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Events already added to your Google Calendar stay there as your own entries. To have any other Google-derived data deleted, follow the Data Deletion Instructions.
Nemnidhi Dashboard (WhatsCRM)'s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We share data only as needed to run the Service:
We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of our users or the Service.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to protect data using measures appropriate to its sensitivity.
We retain workspace and messaging data for as long as the workspace remains active, because the Service exists to keep that conversation history available. Audit logs are retained on a rolling window. When a workspace closes its account or requests deletion, we remove the associated data as described below, except where we must retain records (such as tax invoices) for a period required by law.
Workspace administrators can view, edit, and delete contacts and their conversation history directly in the dashboard, and can disconnect a channel at any time from Settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, or to ask a question about this policy, contact us at support@nemnidhi.com.
See the Data Deletion Instructions for the full deletion process and the information we need to action a request.
The Service is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 as a user of the Service.
We may update this policy as the Service changes. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of it.
